"The room that I purchased online was not the room I was given.
The person at the counter said that he gave me an upgraded room, but it was considerably smaller than the one I had purchased. It made my stay very unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone."

"Dinner was poorly cooked, salty to the point of inedibility.
No shampoo or face cloths in the bathroom.
A long and complicated snafu with the television remote, too complicated to relate here.
On the whole, it seemed the staff was overworked to the point of not getting much quite right."

"Re: customer service - desk staff and bartenders and gift shop personnel were very pleasant. The concerns were both with restaurant staff who seemed too pre-occupied to answer questions or provide a room service menu (which was not in our room on our second stay).
All-in-all, though, a good experience."
