"2 adults 2 children--the room had a queen and pull out sofa. Mattress on pull-out was not great. When checking in we were given keys to a dirty room. Had to go back down and recheck in. Had problems with running our credit card and had to go back down again. Extra linens and pillows were not in the room for the sofa, had to get these from desk.
Was very surprised with this type of service from a Marriot."
