"beds are hard, room did not smell fresh, hard getting into hotel 1st time,poor signage, not pleasant employee at checkin."

"1 My reservation stated free parking...not true
2 I asked for a smoking room... I was sent to a no smoking room and had to relocate
3 I required breakfast service between 6:15 to 6:45 it arrived at 7:00 as I was leaving and so I was required to pay for it but had no time to eat it"
