"Restaurant fine for breakfast(although service was slow) but poor choice for evening meal. I seem to remember that there was much more choice on the menu in previous years.
The hotel's location is brilliant, but rooms could be more spacious. There were trays left outside rooms for 24 hours or more, which is not attractive. I believe that the hotel
is due to close for refurbishment, so perhaps in future things will improve."

"This hotel was choosen for convience. we were traveling with my sister who is disabled & were flying out early on Monday so we didn't want to mess with taxis ect. The rooms could use major updating. bedspread ect are pretty nasty. price was a tad high. we stayed downtown at the clarion & only pd 112.00 for a suite. we paid 145.00 at your hotel for a SMALL double. It was convienent for the early flight out. Hope this helps Barb B."

"Cleanliness was our primary concern. I had to go from my floor to another (7th to 6th) to get ice and used the stairs to do so...I was very surprised to see the dirt and "refuse" in the stairway. This is something the staff must be aware of but don't do anything about. Also, the fan covering in the bathroom was "caked" with dirt and dust...something that also the staff could address. The only reason I would recommed this hotel to others would be because of it's convenience to the airport."
