"It took 1.5 hours for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, 6.5 miles away. It was 10:45 PM when we first called and we didnt get to the hotel until after mid-night. We went to our room and there was a very slippery substance on the bathroom floor, like soap, and the carpeting was soaked. We were told there was a flood in the room and it should have been put out of service but someone forgot to do it. We were moving into another room at 12:30 at night....."
