"We were not aware that there was no free parking for this hotel. We had to pay $15 for valet parking! We specifically requested a room with a king size bed and the attendant first put us in a room with a twin size bed and a leaking toilet. When we finally got a room with a king size bed, we noticed that there were non-working light bulbs, hairs in the sink, and a used soap bar in the shower. The shower water didn't want to come back after we turned it on for 2 minutes. The walls were stained. Our window was on top of the hotel spotlight, which shinned all night and made it feel like it was day time."

Conveniently located adjacent to the Miami Convention Center, Clarion Hotels and Suites Miami is only 10 minutes from South Beach. It is also within walking distance of the American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, and the Flagler Shopping district. This high-rise hotel features many of the perks that the frequent business traveler has come to expect: fitness center, business center, outdoor pool, and fax and Internet access. An on-site restaurant, with a view of the river, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is also available. But ten minutes away guests will find the many cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars of South Beach beckoning with their neon glow. Other dining options include some of the other big name hotels in the vicinity, as well as those spots along the Riverwalk and at Bayside Marketplace. At the Bayside Marketplace alone, guests have access to over 30 restaurant choices. Each room has air-conditioning, radio alarm clock, iron/ironing board, phone with voicemail, satellite television with on-demand movies, and coffeemaker. Non-smoking and handicap-accessible units are available on request.
